From composer Sam Eastmond, leader of the Spike Orchestra (John Zorn's Masada Books Two & Three, + new album Splintered Stories on Tzadik Label), Gulgoleth (Chant Records) comes this new project of Hanukkah-themed music, arranged for brass Octet.

This is Hanukkah music inspired by silent films, Tex Avery, New York Brass Bands, the Marx Brothers, and myriad other flames of inspiration all poured into the crucible of the Maccabees.

Performed by the outrageous and incandescent virtuosi Andy Watts & Tim Smart.
